WL attorney David C. Wise was quoted in an April 18, 2014, article in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin about his representation of an ironworker injured in the Aug. 19, 2005, collapse of a bridge that killed another ironworker. The location was on a flyover ramp at the junction of Interstate 80 and Interstate 294 in south suburban Chicago. The terms of the settlement will result in a $3.32 million payment and a $500,000 waiver of a workers' compensation lien for Steven Buenrostro.
