Our 85-year old client was hit head on by a HydroChem Industrial Services truck that crossed the center line when the driver fell asleep at the wheel. Our client suffered a fractured hip, broken rib, pulmonary contusion and a hernia. We sought punitive damages because the driver had been required to work 27 hours at his supervisor's direction before driving back to the company.
